Who we are
Joe Armstrong is a fifth-generation steward of his family’s farm, shaped by a lifetime of hands-on labor that forged a strong work ethic, unwavering honesty, and dependable character. He approaches every task with the same commitment: to make things better than he found them. Not one to chase passing trends, Joe focuses on building enduring value—bringing together creativity, strategic thought, and genuine care to every project he undertakes. He treats collaborators like partners and his work like craft, viewing each opportunity as a chance to learn, grow, and leave something timeless and meaningful behind.
Outside the fields, Joe gives back to his community by coaching wrestling at the local school, where he shares not just technique but the principles of perseverance and respect with young athletes.
